We are hiring a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, and after-sales service of lifting equipment across various client sites. This role requires on-site travel and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
-> Conduct installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EOT cranes and hoists.
-> Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues and perform corrective actions.
-> Perform periodic inspections and preventive maintenance services.
-> Prepare detailed service reports and maintain service logs.
-> Coordinate with design and production teams for technical support.
-> Train customer personnel on equipment usage and safety practices.
Qualifications and Skills
-> Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
-> 1–4 years of experience in field servicing (cranes or machinery preferred).
-> Sound knowledge of motors, drives, brakes, and electrical panels.
-> Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
-> Willingness to travel frequently for on-site services.
-> Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
